Before you can begin you must install RUNNER.EXE, a small multimedia player.
This is quick and easy and requires only three simple steps:

- Save the installation program, RUNNER.EXE to your computer.
Please remember where you save the program so you can find it in step 2.
Start Download of RUNNER.EXE
RUNNER.EXE is about 460K. The average download time for
the player is 3 minutes. This may vary depending upon your
Internet connection and available bandwidth.
- After you have saved RUNNER.EXE,
find it on your computer, double click on the application and follow the instructions. If you have
previously installed the plug-in OR if you are using Netscape 6 you will need to close your browser. Otherwise, do not close
your browser during the installation of the multimedia player.
