Registration, Username and Password Issues
1.

How do I select my username and password?

Your username and password need to each be one string of characters of any alphanumeric combination. You create your own username and password, just make sure it is one that you can easily remember and won’t be easy for others to figure out!

2.

What should I do if I forget my username or password?

Click on this link to have your username and password automatically sent to you within minutes! You can also send us an E-mail and we will respond within 24 hours.

3.

I want to change my password. How can I do this?

After logging into the site, click on the “My Account” link on the navigation bar. You may choose to change your password or update your personal information.

4.

I am trying to register as a new user, and I received the error message, “Error registering this customer; Please try another username.” What should I do?

A. When this occurs, you must select “Back” on your browser to return to the registration page. Choose another user name, or consider adding numbers to the user name you originally selected (ex. Instead of Bsmith, try Bsmith01).
B. You can now log-in with your NEW username and password.

5.

Why did I receive the error message, “Passwords are not the same”?

When completing the registration form, you must key in the same password twice. If you receive an error message, simply hit “Back” on your browser and carefully re-enter the information. Be sure all fields are filled in before clicking the submit button again.

6.

After I have logged-on, why aren't the courses I registered for available when I click “Attend Class”?

There are several possibilities:

  • Your subscription has expired. If it shouldn't have expired, contact Customer Service for assistance and reference your Purchase Order #.

  • The purchase did not go through. Did you view a Purchase Order online after submitting your information? If not, then the purchase did not go through. Please contact Customer Service for assistance or complete the purchase process again.

7.

Why am I unable to save my username and password so I don’t have to enter it each time?

One probably reason is that your “Cookies” aren’t enabled on your browser. Cookies contain information about you and your preferences. Only the information that you provide, or the choices you make while visiting a Web site, can be stored in a cookie. You need to enable the Cookies option for your computer to remember your username and password.

For Internet Explorer:
With your browser running, click on the Tools menu and choose Internet Options. Click on the Security tab and highlight the Internet icon. Then, click on the Custom Level button, scroll to the Cookies header and click in the radio button next to Enable on the “Allow cookies that are stored on your computer” option, then click on OK.

For Netscape:
With your browser running, click on the Edit menu and choose Preferences. Click on the Advanced tab and click in the radio button next to either “Accept All Cookies” or “Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server” and click on OK.
