Helpful Tips

Buy a pocket dictionary. These come in all sorts of sizes and levels of vocabulary. Spend ten or twenty minutes, or even an hour, at a bookstore. Check out the selection of pocket dictionaries and look up some of your favorite words to find their Spanish equivalents. Buy the dictionary that contains the kinds of words you are likely to use.

"Slow down, you move too fast..." Are you zooming from restaurant to museum to attraction, on and on? If so, try taking a day off at a local cafe.
