Method 2: The easy (and
messy) way
 Go
"bowling!"
After all the white has been separated, put the
yolk into the second bowl. Take the first bowl with
the white in it, and empty it into the third,
larger bowl. By doing this you make sure that a
broken yolk only mixes with the egg white you're
working with instead of the whole batch.
